Mauled to death ... teenager Jade Anderson

THE owner of the dogs that killed 14-year-old Jade Lomas-Anderson will not face charges, it emerged yesterday.

Jade was mauled to death by two Staffordshire bull terriers and two bull mastiffs last week.
But dog breeder Beverley Concannon, 44, will not be prosecuted because the attack happened on private property and did not involve illegal breeds.
Cops phoned Jade’s mum Shirley Lomas-Anderson, 36, and stepdad Michael Anderson, 33, to tell them. A source close to the family said: “They are devastated. They believed the law would punish Beverley.”
Greater Manchester Police said yesterday: “We do not have anything to prove a crime has been committed.”
Cops shot the dogs dead after the attack at Beverley’s home in Atherton, Gtr Manchester
